Uffff ,Cheryl Cole: I would love a cameo in Corrie

Cheryl Cole would like to star in her favourite soap, Coronation Street.

The X Factor judge regularly tunes into the ITV programme.

‘There's more northern stuff to relate to,' says Cheryl, 26.

‘I think there's some fantastic new actors and actresses, especially that young girl, Michelle Keegan. I think she's fantastic and I love watching it...

‘I would love to play a cameo. I wouldn't mind doing that if I could just speak in my accent, be me in something for half an hour, I would enjoy that.'
